No jogo Decisões, os jogadores devem definir objetivos para alcançar em um mundo formado por diversos ambientes, escolhendo qual atributo desenvolver durante sua vida, ou, em uma segunda maneira de jogar, coletando atributos aleatórios que o levem à vitória.

Escolhido os atributos, o jogador deve percorrer o tabuleiro e buscar fichas que somem pontos para os atributos escolhidos.

O objetivo é ser o primeiro jogador a ter 8 fichas em 2 atributos de sua escolha. Esses atributos podem ser carreira, conhecimento, lazer e saúde.

Conteúdo: 1 tabuleiro / 4 peões / 120 cartas / 160 fichas cartonadas.

Modo de jogo tradicional: o jogador mais novo inicia a partida e escolhe onde sua jornada começa. Quando entrar em um local deve comprar uma carta e ler seu conteúdo, ganhando ou perdendo fichas dos atributos escritos na carta. A cada turno o jogador deve ir para um local diferente, e assim ir conquistando mais atributos.

Vence o jogo quem reunir 8 fichas em cada atributo escolhido.
