Modo de preparo:
1- Em uma panela, despeje 1 litro (5 xícaras de chá) de água e leve ao fogo. Quando a água começar a ferver, adicione o conteúdo do pacote de sagu (bolinhas).
2- Deixe cozinhar em fogo médio por cerca de 20 a 30 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando, até obter uma calda grossa e o sagu ficar cozido. 3- Retire do fogo, junte o conteúdo do pacote (pó) e misture bem.
3- Deixe esfriar, leve à geladeira e já está pronto o seu delicioso sagu! Querendo-o mais doce, basta acrescentar açúcar à vontade.
