Por ser concentrada e não isolada ou hidrolisada, não contém o ácido glutâmico livre, além de manter em sua composição alguns nutrientes naturais do soro, como a lactoferritina.

É leve e pronta para ser adicionada em sua receita preferida, ou simplesmente misturada com água ou água de coco.
