Crisp and intense aromas of white pulp fruit, ripe apples and apricot, with a mineral twist from the riesling grapes. Alcoholic fermentation 100% in stainless steel tanks at 14°C. Aging: The wines are mixed and subjected to cold tartaric stabilization followed by filtration and bottling.
