Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on the website meubrasilonline.com, owned by LOUBR AMERICA CORP (EIN: 33-4763065), and forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Right of Return

Customers have the right to return any order without providing a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. To exercise this right, the customer must contact us before the end of this period through the contact details listed at the end of this policy.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned:

  • In its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage caused by the customer;
  • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase;
  • Within 14 days of notifying us of the intention to return.

Food products, perishable items, or personal hygiene products may be subject to return restrictions for health and safety reasons, in accordance with applicable law.

3. Damaged or Defective Product

If the order arrives with visible signs of exterior damage, the customer should refuse delivery or document the issue with the carrier at the time of delivery, and contact us within 48 hours at atendimento@meubrasilonline.pt, attaching photos of the packaging and the product.

In the event of a confirmed defective product, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, according to the customer's preference.

5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  1. Contact us through the channels listed at the end of this policy, providing the order number and the reason for the return;
  2. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions from our team;
  3. Send the product to the address provided, properly packaged.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products by Meu Brasil Online.

6. Refunds

After receipt and validation of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund includes the value of the product and, in the case of a full order return, the original shipping costs as well (excluding any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a non-standard delivery option).

7. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If the order has not yet been dispatched, the customer may request a free cancellation through the contact channels below. After dispatch, the return procedure described in this policy must be followed.
