Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the website meubrasilonline.com, owned by LOUBR AMERICA CORP (EIN: 33-4763065), and forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, your order will be prepared, packed, and handed to the carrier within a maximum of 3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders confirmed after 6:00 PM (Eastern Time — ET) will be processed starting the next business day.
2. Shipping and Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days.
The total time from payment confirmation to delivery is up to 10 business days (3 business days for processing + 7 business days for shipping). This timeframe is indicative and may be affected by external factors beyond Meu Brasil Online's control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas season, Black Friday).
3. Delivery Zones and Estimated Timeframes
Meu Brasil Online ships to all U.S. states and territories. The timeframes below are estimates and do not include order processing time.
Destination — Estimated Delivery Time Contiguous United States (48 states) — Up to 7 business days Alaska and Hawaii — Up to 12 business days U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) — Please check estimated time at checkout
4. Shipping Costs
Orders with a total value of $99.00 or more qualify for free shipping, regardless of weight, volume, or destination within the United States.
For orders below $99.00, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight, volume, and destination, and are displayed clearly during the checkout process before order confirmation. There are no hidden fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions to monitor your delivery in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after dispatch.
6. Absence at Time of Delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or make the package available at a nearby pickup location, according to the carrier's service terms. If the package is not collected within the timeframe indicated by the carrier, it will be returned to Meu Brasil Online and reshipping will be subject to a new shipping fee.
7. Damaged or Lost Order
If your order arrives with visible signs of exterior damage, you should refuse delivery or document the issue with the carrier at the time of delivery. You must also contact us within 48 hours at atendimento@meubrasilonline.pt, attaching photos of the packaging and the product.
In the event of a confirmed lost shipment by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, according to the customer's preference.
8. Liability
Meu Brasil Online is not liable for delays attributable to carriers, strikes, natural disasters, or any other force majeure events. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be notified by email and may choose to cancel the order with a full refund.
