Como preparar: Umedeça a Gelatina em Pó Dr. Oetker em 5 colheres (sopa) de água fria. Misture bem e dissolva em fogo baixo ou leve ao micro-ondas por, aproximadamente, 15 segundos. Não deixe ferver para não perder a capacidade de gelificação. Utilize na receita de sua preferência. O conteúdo deste envelope (12 g) é suficiente para 1/2 litro de líquido.

Incolor:
Ingredientes: Gelatina em pó. ALÉRGICOS: PODE CONTER TRIGO, CENTEIO, CEVADA E AVEIA. CONTÉM GLÚTEN.

Vermelha:
Ingredientes: Gelatina em pó e corantes: bordeaux S. e amarelo crepúsculo FCF. ALÉRGICOS: PODE CONTER OVOS, LEITE, SOJA, TRIGO, CENTEIO, CEVADA E AVEIA. CONTÉM GLÚTEN.

Em folha 10g:
O conteúdo deste envelope (10 g) é suficiente para 1⁄2 litro de líquido.

MODO DE PREPARO:
Corte as folhas da gelatina em pedaços pequenos, adicione 5 colheres (sopa) de água fria e misture bem.
Dissolva em fogo baixo ou leve ao micro-ondas por, aproximadamente, 15 segundos. Não deixe ferver para não perder a capacidade de gelificação.
Utilize na receita de sua preferência.
