These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between LOUBR AMERICA CORP, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, with EIN 33-4763065, with its principal place of business at 2 S. Biscayne Boulevard, Suite No. 2450, Miami, Florida 33131, and the user/customer (hereinafter "Customer") who makes purchases on the website meubrasilonline.com.
Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. We recommend reading them carefully before completing any purchase.

2. Scope
These Terms govern the distance sale of products offered by Meu Brasil Online on the website, in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Electronic Commerce regulations, and other applicable legislation.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
To make a purchase on the website, the Customer declares to be at least 18 years of age and to have full legal capacity to enter into contracts. If the Customer is a minor, purchases may only be made by their legal guardians.
4. Purchase Process
The purchase is completed through the following steps:
- Selection of products and addition to the shopping cart;
- Access to the cart and review of products, quantities, and prices;
- Customer identification (registration or login) and entry of shipping and billing details;
- Selection of shipping method;
- Selection of payment method;
- Order confirmation with acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Return & Refund Policy;
- Payment.
The Customer will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided. Receipt of this email formalizes the purchase agreement. If the email is not received within 24 hours, please contact us at atendimento@meubrasilonline.pt.
Meu Brasil Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of: suspected fraud, manifest pricing errors, stock unavailability, incorrect or incomplete data, or any other legitimate reason, with a full refund issued to the Customer.
5. Products
Meu Brasil Online strives to accurately present all products available on the website, including descriptions, features, and photographs. Colors and details may, however, vary slightly depending on the Customer's display device.
Products are sold subject to stock availability. Stock availability shown on the website is updated regularly, but stockouts may occur after order confirmation. In such cases, Meu Brasil Online will notify the Customer within 5 business days and will process a full refund within 14 days.
6. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, where required by state law, will be calculated and displayed separately before order confirmation.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and presented separately before the order is finalized.
The total order amount — including applicable taxes and shipping costs — is clearly displayed to the Customer before payment confirmation. There are no hidden fees.
Meu Brasil Online reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price for each order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
6.1. Price Reductions and Promotions
Whenever price reductions are communicated (sales, promotions, or clearances), Meu Brasil Online will display the previous price in compliance with the FTC's guidelines on price advertising, corresponding to the lowest price practiced in the 30 days prior to the promotion.
7. Payment Methods
Meu Brasil Online accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Other payment methods available at checkout
Payment is processed securely through certified payment gateways. Payment data is never stored by Meu Brasil Online.
Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.
8. Billing
Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable U.S. tax regulations. An invoice will be sent to the Customer by email in PDF format after the order is dispatched.
If the Customer requires a business invoice, the relevant details must be provided at the time of the order. It is not possible to amend billing information after the invoice has been issued.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping conditions, timeframes, costs, and delivery zones are detailed in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Right of Return
The Customer has the right to return the order, without providing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, as detailed in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Product Warranty
All products sold are covered by applicable warranty protections under U.S. federal and state law, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation, as provided by law.
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact Meu Brasil Online at atendimento@meubrasilonline.pt, describing the issue and attaching, where possible, photographs and the order or invoice number.
12. Liability
Meu Brasil Online is responsible for the products sold in accordance with applicable law.
Meu Brasil Online shall not be liable for:
- Delivery delays resulting from force majeure events, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or carrier failures;
- Technical failures of the website, network, or payment systems;
- Improper use of products by the Customer, contrary to the manufacturer's instructions;
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of opportunity.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including texts, images, logos, trademarks, videos, source code, design, and layout — is the property of Meu Brasil Online or its rightful owners, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any other commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
14. Personal Data Protection
The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
The Customer may submit a complaint through the following bodies:

For eligible disputes, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal arbitration or litigation. Where arbitration is elected, it shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law.
For the resolution of any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, without prejudice to the Customer's mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
17. Amendments to the Terms
Meu Brasil Online reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the website with the date of the last update indicated. Amendments apply only to orders placed after their publication.
